- Font Sizes -- It is now possible to make font sizes bigger or smaller, if they are not correct for the resolution and size of the monitor.
- Immediate Fade -- Immediate Fade allows you to fade down to a lower volume, then when you are ready, increase volume back to its original level. The lower level can now be set to one of the following levels -- 25%, 10%, or 0% of full volume.
- Main Screen -- The logo is always displayed, and can be set to be in color or in black and white.
- Main Screen -- A problem with the color of the Play/Edit/Search/Export tabs was fixed.
- Main Screen -- The increment for MPM and BPM was fixed, so that it now conforms to the increment on the Options Screen.

Changes since version 3.0C, the previous version:
- Tempo Screen -- There are now many more tempi to choose from: ballroom (DVIDA, NDCA, WDC, WSDF), country (UCWDC), and Irish (CLRG).
- Tempo Screen -- The dance categorization (e.g., Ballroom, International, NDCA) is now selected in the list box instead of by using buttons.
- Tempo Screen -- Clicking on a dance name in the list will now select it. It is no longer necessary to scroll up or down with the button controls.
- Main Screen -- There are now more options for default dance button and column heading sets: ballroom, country, irish, or any combination thereof.
- Main Screen -- Instructors and Students are now on separate buttons at the bottom of the screen.
- Main Screen -- Clear Playlist is now a separate button. It is not longer necessary to hold down the Stop button 5 seconds to clear the playlist.
- Main Screen -- The Help button once again works and brings up the latest help file, not an old one.
- Options Screen -- The increment for manually setting MPM or BPM can now be set to .1, .5, 1, or 5 beats.
- Options Screen -- There are now half star ratings, so instead of only a 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 star rating a song can be rated 0, .5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, or 5 stars.
- Options Screen -- It is now possible to set a minimum rating for songs that appear in Dance Lists (rounds).
- Options Screen -- There are now warning messages for some of the riskier option settings.
- Maintain Dances Screen -- When songs are sorted by artist the songs with no artist specified are now listed last, not first.
- Dance List Screen -- There is now a randomize feature to allow random song sort, sort first by artist then randomly, and sort first by rating then randomly.
- Config Screen -- There are now four logo options: black and red, black , custom, and none.
- Config Screen -- If the selected sound card (e.g., a USB sound card) is removed, the program will select the default sound card instead of generating an error message.
- Program Startup -- An incorrectly initialized delay between songs which sometimes occurred at program startup was fixed.
- Song Playback -- Some error messages which popped up occasionally during song playback were eliminated.
- Song Playback -- A problem which caused the currently playing song to be rewound when another song was moved up or down in the playlist was fixed.

Changes since version 3.0B, the previous version:
- Tempo Screen -- In addition to NDCA (National Dance Council of America) tempi on the Tempo Screen there are now WDSF (World DanceSport Federation) tempi and UCWDC (United Country Western Dance Council) tempi.
- Tempo Screen -- American 9 Dances have been separated from other American style dances in the list box on the Tempo Screen.
- Record Screen -- A problem with converting CD tracks to MP3 files on the Record Screen has been fixed.
- Main Screen -- A problem with the Help button on the Main Screen on a Windows 8 PC has been fixed.

Changes since version 3.0A, the previous version:
- History Screen -- There are now navigation buttons to speed up scrolling all the way to the top or bottom of the screen.
- History Screen -- It is now possible to select a song or range of sings on the History Screen and send them to the play list on the main screen. This works only for songs that were added to history after installing this upgrade, so it is recommended that you clear history after installation.
- NDCA Tempo Screen -- The Beats per Measure for Merengue was corrected, from 4 to 2 This corrected Measures per Minute for Merengue, which was also incorrect.
- Program Freeze before Showing Main Screen -- A bug which is known to have afflicted only one customer was fixed.

Changes since version 2.0R, the previous version:
- Measures per Minute -- Speed can now be expressed in measures per minute or beats per minute. There are several ways to enter or calculate it.
- Windows Tablet -- The program has been tested successfully on a Windows tablet PC running Windows 8.
- Playlist Play Time -- The play time for an Editable Playlist can be calculated, taking into account fade settings and pause between songs.
- Stereo or Mono Playback for MP3 Files -- MP3 songs (but no other song file types) can now be played in Mono mode instead of the default mode Stereo.
- Selectable Audio Card -- If you have more than one sound card in your PC you can now select the one to be used by the EZ Play DJ.
- Faster Volume Control Setting -- It doesn't take so long to set the volume on the Song Settings screen.
- Program Activation -- Error Message that sometimes appears after Activation has been eliminated.
- Edit Playlist -- Scrolling problems on the Edit Playlist section of the Main Screen have been eliminated.
- Song Settings Screen -- Error messages that sometimes appear after closing Song Settings screen have been eliminated.
- Pick Five -- Duplicate songs in multiple Pick Fives have been eliminated.
